Meet up (17 years and over)

Meet up is an education-based program developed and facilitated by a Developmental Educator to create a safe and supportive environment for young adults to increase their independence and social skills to navigate and foster positive online and face-to-face relationships.

Topics covered in the 11-week program will include:

• Relationships – Friendships/Dating/Sibling and Family

• Supporting a balanced lifestyle to promote positive mental health and wellbeing outcomes

• Communication

• Consent

• Safety online
